Sorry Peter, but de-listing the site seems to a preference of Mr. Caton, from the information I am
getting. It is different from Willow Springs because I am personal friends with the owners there,
but I do not know Mr. Caton, nor have I ever had any contact with him. If you think DARC should
still be listed, please have Mr. Caton contact me and give his approval. Dino is not private
property, and we have a very reliable liaison person who have a long relationship with them, so we
can go with his word. There seems no such person for DARC, and as I've said, indications I am
getting from someone closely involved with the facility indicates this is what he wants.
