Re: DARC Observatory no longer available.

Regarding my observing intent at DARC posting : Just so it's clear, I posted my
intent to observe there only after contacting Lee Hoglan who is was listed as
the site contact. Lee responded by e-mail to me on 8/30 saying it was OK to
join. I do not perceive any of the TAC observing sites as "non-permission"
sites. Obviously, from my attempts to get permission, a few of them are very
exclusive.

To avoid any confusion over what I received, here is the e-mail.  However one

things, it is clear that people just can't go there without specific advance
permission.
