DARC Observatory no longer available.

Hi TACos,

I received an e-mail this morning advising us that DARC is no longer a
public access observing
site. Nobody is to go there without the expressed permission of owner
Bob Caton.

I will be removing DARC from TAC's list of observing sites.

So it goes!
