I think the problem is in the rocker box. Albert came over and suggested that was the problem.

I also tried a Plettstone telescope a while back, and did not notice
any flexing, so I don't think this is an issue with the 3 strut
design. Maybe there is a problem with Dennis' specific implementation
of that design? or maybe the scope wasn't balanced right?
