I am not saying this will never happen and you shouldn't worry. I am
attempting to say the list of parks in the provided URL by Mark Wagner was
the old 2008 list. By all means Call, write, an voice your view.. Its the
only thing the California legislative bear listens too. I have.

Also as a side note, it will take full vote from what I've read to approve
this cut. Unless I have this wrong (Good chance folks!), The Natural
Resources and Water panel (11 members) will weigh in on this and may need to
approve this to gain support inside the senate. Even with that, it will
require a 2/3rds vote. From what I understand, a very small amount if you
ask me, Arnold may have some type of veto power to alter the budget, but it
takes a lot more than just him to do it.
