the new list is, EVERY SINGLE STATE PARK OPERATION THAT DOESN'T MAKE
MORE MONEY THAN IT COSTS

essentially, the state is going to ZERO the payments to state parks, so
if the parks can't sustain themselves, they have to close.

the Chronicle article listed the parks in the immediate SFBA that were
up for grabs.
