Well i do not know about "world's largest", however, a friend asked me
to pass this along about a position available at Astronomy Magazine:

Astronomy magazine -- the world's largest magazine for astronomy
enthusiasts -- seeks an associate editor. The ideal candidate is a
detail-oriented journalist who knows astronomy, can multitask and
meets deadlines. An educational background in astronomy, as well as
active experience in and an enthusiasm for the subject, are a big
plus. Duties include editing, writing, reading manuscripts,
researching and producing material for the magazine, and contributing
to its web site (Astronomy.com). Candidates should have a bachelor's
degree in physics, mathematics or astronomy.

The benefits package includes relocation assistance, 401k, profit
sharing, health insurance and paid vacation. Editors also travel to
star parties and conferences throughout the year. Interested
