Hi
My first attempt would be to insert the picture into Powerpoint, Shrink to
the appropriate size (using the standard "shift" and corner grab to
keep proportions) and print onto a transparency.
You would have to find a good inkjet printer but some of them are quite
capable nowadays.
You could get 100 or so on one slide.... But then you have to cut them
out, or make a "film strip" out of a linear batch so you could slide it
through.
