Actually, the current Sienna is easier than that. My 04 (current generation)
has a single relay (not a fuse!) that when pulled disables just the DRL's.
60 second job.
It's also pretty easy to drive it using its parking brake, even though it is
a foot brake. The ratchet mechanism releases on when you hit the parking
brake to release it. After that, as long as you don't let it go completely,
it works just like a brake pedal.

Toyotalights.
The trick for Toyota (Sienna Van) lights is to short out the wire going
to the switch that detects the parking break is on and tie it to ground
with a switch of your own. Then the Toyota will think you are in
park, the little parking break light stays on (all the time) but
lights will only go on if your light switch is in a position that would
turn on your main lights. Just don't make the mistake of thinking you
are ok with the lights and fire up to leave that night with your switch
for lights actually on OR you may shine brightly after you told them
there would be no problem ... (on Rob and Robert at Coyote in my case,
sorry again).
