As most of you know, Mars has a very unstable economy and
the life forms there can't even afford trash cans:-( That having been said,
I was heart broken to see Paul LeFever's pictures clearly showing litter
near some of the more famous Martian landmarks. As a result of these
findings, I will be starting the worlds first extra-planetary trash and
recycle management company so we as a country will never again have to
witness to pictures like these. (applause now). As this is a new company, I
can only accept cash (lots of cash) contact me off-list to proceed in this
endeavor, Mars is counting on YOU.

Man I need some darks skys quickly, my scope mocks me...

-------------------------------------------------------------------
I did, however, find *compelling* evidence that the creature is male --
'cause the guy's a pig, and has left his trash all over the place.

For example, here's what is obviously a discarded tin can (almost certainly
pork 'n' beans):

And here's a one-litre coke bottle, you can still see part of the label:

And finally, the piece de resistance: a discarded, partially buried plastic
Sunny Delight bottle:

Through sophisticated image enhancement, I was able to read the expiration
date on the Sunny D bottle -- June 2004. That means it was manufactured
sometime around 1936. Ha! Proof positive!

(tongue firmly in cheek)
