Those of you venturing out to hilltops tonight, please post you weather observations ASAP for the benefit of the Sat crew. I'm thinking humidity is going to be a fight this weekend. Look at the following link and the trends the various sites show for humidity:
http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/mesowest/mwmap.php?map=mtr&limit=1
Inland and lower (a la Dino - ignore the Los Banos station - looks like it's busted) seems worse than higher sites that are less inland. Compare San Luis Portable and San Luis NWR vs the likes of Diablo Grande, Hollister, and Salinas.
I'm sticking with Coe for the moment. Elevation good, low bad when it comes to that valley fog.
DISCLAIMER: I could be wrong, I've been wrong in the past, and current correctness is no guarantee of future performance. But I could be wrong about that as well.
See y'all somewhere this weekend,
Tony
