I think the road in from Bishop is 6 miles long and not bad. Bill Cone
had done some preliminary checking on it when I first identified the
location.
In response to breathing at 10,000 feet, one acclimates to it, so I
don't think multi-day exposure is a problem for most healthy people. I
do believe once you get to 11,000 - 12,000 feet,things begin to happen...
Marek, your description of the big tableland atop the steep mountains
makes me want to try it asap....
