What Paul said plus...
Some folks dont recognize an email the same as face to face communication.
They do not consider it necessary to respond. In this case, it may be
sold and the guy is just deleting any further messages about it. If it
was a really good deal and he got a bunch of inquiries, he may just be
ignoring them.
