I think that point Jane was making was that had she used the 13, the
caps would have been off, and she'd have found them. I think that
means she didn't remove it from the eyepiece case.

Because of your involvement with Boy Scouts. What differentiates them
in terms of risk and white light from a school group or park staff?

But, reality is, there's plenty of room there still. Not only in the
"dark enforced" area, but throughout the greater overflow area. Why
limit this when some simple new procedures might effectively control
the growing pains?

I think Rob and the SJAA are on the right track.
