Sorry about the stolen eyepiece. I'm sure it leaves a very sour taste
after what was all in all a very fun event. I hope you recover it.
What bothered me the nost about this, other than just that it
happened, was that it happened while outsiders - non-amateur
astronomers - were on site, uninvited, unannounced, and uncontrolled.
I don't think it is just a coincidence.
