I was in a similar position and went with Plettstone. Michelle's work
is second to none and her customer support gets raves from Plettstone
owners.
Another advantage, as Mark mentioned, is that Michelle's scopes are
very space efficient. This helps when you're packing into a vehicle
with other gear, or if you don't want to tow a trailer.
My Plettstone 16" f4.5 will be ready in the spring. :-)
