Interesting that it doesn't mention one measurable effects of photon
deprivation, lower vitamin-D production in the skin. It's one of the
reasons I always get out in the sun during the winter time when I get a
chance like 2 weekends ago when the whole family was sun-bathing in the
back yard. I can forget about that after moving to CT, of course. I feed
SAD already :)
