Rob,
No, for sure. We are not expecting anyone to have to set up their
telescope on the dirt. Don't panic! There should be room enough to
set up your scope on the asphalt and not have it hit by a car. As
already stated, we'll be marking the driving lane down the center of
the runway. If you are paranoid (like me), during the day just put an
observing chair (or more) between your scope and the driving lane.
