I thought that the newer high-pressure sodium lighting, which is mostly
what surrounds me, is pretty broad spectrum and includes a lot of output
near the O-III lines. There's a spectrogram at
http://home.freeuk.com/m.gavin/LAMPNEB.JPG. Anyway, an Orion broadband
light pollution filter never seems to help anything from my backyard.
