Thanks Jeff and Phil, seems I must've done something wrong, or maybe I broke
it when I opened it up to look see.
Btw, nothing was hooked up when the fuses blew.

I'll try the meter.

Assuming there is nothing plugged into the two outlet box...
Your two outlet box has a short in it somewhere. Maybe when you soldered it
up.

Do you have a multimeter? Put it in continuity mode (the setting that looks
like a diode "--|<--") and test for a short.

No relay is needed.
