Hi Dotty,
Scope City in San Francisco has a good selection of binoculars.
They may well have a camera binocular you could see and try.
It would give you a chance to see how well they perform.
I see from another reply that Meade has a camera binocular.
Scope City is a major Meade dealer.
BirdForum.net has a number of active briders interested in taking
photos of birds. I'll bet some of them have tried or use a camera
binocular.

All the best,

On Jim Turley's advise, I'm posting this request on TAC.
I'm looking for advise on Camera Binoculars for birding, not astronomy. My preference would include
*good quality optics
*lightweight
*waterproof
*Mac Compatible USB
I have not had much luck with online searches. They yield copious amounts of info, but I'm not finding PC/MAC info readily available. Also, I would love to get info from anyone who has actually used specific brands. If anyone out there has recommendations pro or con, please respond directly to me. Since TAC blocks e-mail provider addresses, my e-mail address is America OnLine.
Thanks!
