If your latitude at Kauai is about +22, I don't see how you'll be able
to spot 47 Tuc. With a declination of -72 degrees it will culminate
3-4 degrees below the horizon, even with refraction. Here's another
suggestion: mag 8.3 globular NGC 1261 in Horologium.
