Hi, All,
I contacted ranger Barry at Coe Park. The gate parking lot will be
available for meteor watching the night of Aug.11-12. The peak comes
about 4 am, per Sky & Telescope. Plan to stay late!
Coe is well known (remember the madhouse for the (November) Leonids,
a few years ago?), so I suggest astronomers get there well before dark.
