Hmmm
Probably a mm ruler, a partner, and a dark room for about 15 - 30 min. If
you use a very low red light indirectly, your partner should be able to
read the size without it changing.
However, with too much light it will change so rapidly you wont get the
right answer.
For you, I guess 6 mm. LOL
