Ralph - any thoughts on posting the e-mail address to the site?

Maybe if everybody requests it (like who is the idiot at the SJ Lighting
Dept) who fails to install full cutoff lighting on new installations,
even though the SJ City Policy is that private owners must install
shielded fixtures, AND use LPS.
