I have a 15" LITEBOX Dob with a Protostar spider (not the curved
vane kind), and I highly recommend it. The collimation adjustments
are precise and very convenient to use. It makes collimating the
diagonal a completely painless process.

Be advised that Protostar is slow. Whatever time they quote you
on the spider, you should double it. I ordered mine as a separate
component and shipped it to Hawaii for inclusion in my scope.
They quoted two months, sent out a shipping notice after three.
After waiting another three weeks, I contacted them to find out
what was wrong. They had run out of parts to build my spider and
were backordered. I went back and forth with Bryan Greer a few
times before they finally got their act together. My delay isn't
unique, based on stories I've been told.

Their product is worth the wait, but if you want one I suggest
you order now.
