A cheap red laser on a photo tripod will get the job done. Just clamp it
on and leave it until you are finished observing.
DOnt use the green laser for this since it will burn out batteries in a
hurry and does not have the "on" life of a red laser and besides, the
green will be much more noticable. Red lasers have a tremendously long
battery life.
