Seeing was poor from my yard, but I did get a digital photo of Ganymede and
its shadow, when Ganymede was in front of Jupiter.

Thanks for the heads up. I headed out about 9:45. Ganymede's shadow was
clearly visible. I did not see Io's shadow. I did see Io went it moved
away from Jupiter.
I tweaked the collimation and looked again about 11:30. This time I could
see both Ganymede and its shadow.
BTW Starry Night Pro will model the shadows.
