Seems to be variable from night to night. The Jet Stream appears to have moved north with a good on-shore flow off of Monterey coast. This usually sets up better conditions for seeing. If Mars is a bust, I will continue with my DSO work in H-alpha, but might check out the MB site for some simple Mars viewing.
