    What may actually be useful (for us anyway) is to see if we can get each
    park we like to establish a thorough set of rules favoring astronomy and
    recognizing us as a valid use, and then if there is a regime change, they
    are at least starting off with a positive set of codes. This may be
    easier said than done, of course.
