Looks like a very clear forecast for the weekend. Naturally we are
near full moon. However, by Saturday, there will be several hours
of darkness between sundown and moonrise:

    (Sunset 6:03 pm
    Civil Twilight ends: 6:29 pm
    Nautical Twilight ends: 6:59 pm
    Astronomical twilight ends: 7:29 pm
    Moon rise: 10:20 pm) .

Anyone else want to head out for three hours of dark followed by
    some bright planets?
I am planning to go somewhere, but have not decided between
    Montebello and Dino Point.
Either would need a call to rangers tomorrow (Friday), so I'm trying
to gauge any interest from others.
