I will second just about everyting on Rich's list *except* the above.
Rich's freeze-dried rehydrated mushy stuff gives everybody else quite an opportunity to tease him, and he actually claims the stuff tastes good...but it's just so easy to bring a cooler and some *real* food, especially for a 2-nighter, that I can't in good conscience recommend that stuff to Jay.
