Hi Jay,
Therm-a-rest or similar sleeping pads work well. May need
more than one. If you get a cold back while sitting in a camp
chair, try putting a Therm-a-rest pad in the chair so it covers
the back and seat.
A few plastic bags for trash or old socks is a good idea.
A sturdy knife, fork and spoon.
Sturdy paper/plastic plates.
Wet, pre-moistened towels are handy. Unless, you're into Windex.
Maybe a propane camp stove.
A pot to boil water for tea, coffee, etc.
There are really neat little coffee/tea presses.
A pan if you plan to cook.
Mountain House freeze dried food. (best of the freeze dried food)
--- Where to buy... REI has everything for serious backing/camping. You can propane car camping stoves for $20 at Target. A good drug store should have large and small wet wipes.Rich
