You just don't like them because they're called cookies. Cookies are a poor
desert, and no one likes to lose them.
I'll bet if they were called eyepieces, you'd be perfectly happy to accept
them. Can you imagine everytime you go to the TAC website, your browser asks
you if you would like another eyepiece? I'll bet you would wear a hole in
that OK button.
