There is nothing stopping you from starting your own list or using
    TAC-imaging, is there?

Why do you insist on arguing about the intent of TAC, its purpose, and
trying to bully your wishes onto an already existing list? I can tell you
I have heard a good number of private replies too, and they agree with
Rich's and Jason's perception of your approach and intent.

There are many good options available to you other than being disruptive.

Hey... maybe we should start a thread about transmissions in Ford
trucks. After all, we use vehicles to go observing, don't we? Then we can
talk about our favorite flavor of yogurt, since we all eat in order to have
the energy to do amateur astronomy. Don't like those ideas? Too bad,
we're gonna talk about them anyway, in order to "evolve" this
list. What? There are other lists where you can talk about those
topics? So, what.... I want to do it here!

Sounds like a great method to destroy a list.

    Mark
