Thanks, but don't be too impressed -- I didn't get a GOTO until I'd spent a couple of years with dobs starhopping. Guys like Wagner, Navarette, Dillon, and dozens of others taught me how to navigate by eye, and it was a lesson well learned. I still star-hop from time to time (like with my EM-10 mount that currently has neither DSCs or GOTO), and am awfully glad I learned how to do it...and it's fun to impress folks new to astronomy with the ability to grab their dob, take a quick peek through the telrad, and put m15 square in the FOV with just a quick shove :)
