    Rather than try keeping TAC what it was at its inception, I will be working
    with a few friends to create a local bay area observational only astronomy
    web-page, mailing list and observing report archive. The list will be open
    and different from BigDog, which it will replace. It will be Big Dog
    Observers Group (BDOG). If you would like to be subscribed, e-mail me
    privately. When ready, I will send an announcement to BigDog's current
    subscribers.
