You did have fun. Sounds like the best part was sharing views and getting
people surprised. Remember when Paul LeFevre was in the Philippines last
year he had the best time on the beach getting folks all gahgah.

"I was disappointed though when I learned from my new found astro friends,
Chris
and her husband Rob, that The Southern Cross and Centaurus wouldn't be coming
into view until about April/May on the southern horizon!!!!!"

Nice folks clearly, but laggards and sluggards. The later spring sky comes
up around 4! Crux was well up by 4, actually, but Alpha Centauri beat the
dawn coming out of the ocean.

'Course, if you really were getting up at 5:30 maybe it was fate. Urk.

Thanks for taking us with you and letting on right away about your
adventures, Stace.

Allabest,
Jamie who was gazing longingly at Arcturus out the kitchen late last night
