Evan,

I received my MX916 about two months ago and have been really enjoying getting
to know it. I'm looking forward to seeing your images.

I also find SXP's focus mode quite a pain in the tushy. It makes me yearn for
the very rapid d/l of the focus frame that the SBIG software and Maxim provide.
I hope Maxim fully supports the MX916 soon.

That's interesting news about the Apogee cameras and may explain the price drop
on their AP7 in the most recent S&T.
