Right. I don't recall ever having "mud" or any type of gooey surface.
Montebello can be a lot worse than Coe after a rain, since there, there
can be areas of standing water that gets spread around by vehicles. In
fact, if I'm not mistaken, Coe's auxiliary lot gets kind of green in the
winter, doesn't it?
