"The Peak" responds

Rick spoke to SJAA several years ago. If I remember the story he
told, Kate *did* permit setup next to the shop, but didn't tell
Rick about it! So the next Friday evening he heard vehicles and
voices. Out he went, ready to set them straight, and found two
people setting up for photography. When challanged, they asked
"Didn't Kate tell you?" "Tell me about what?" "About astronomy".

The point of the story is that Kate appearently had allowed at
least some activity next to the shop.
