Moving to Berkely - where can I get my photon fix?

I don't know how dak you want it, but I have been to inspiration point on
top of hills east of Berkely. Also anywhere imediatly east of there is
usually dark. I do alot of observing at a site near my home but it requires
a four wheel drive to access.
