Moving to Berkely - where can I get my photon fix?

I live in Oakland, I regularly go to Coe and now Dino Point during prime
observing times each month. Sometimes the East Bay folk use Del Valle, but
you need a permit and need to call in advance. I believe the turn-out at the
gate is useable without a permit.
