Correction on Pacheco Dino Point. No reservations, calls, permits or
fees required of any kind, since we're not launching boats.d In fact
they removed the fee deposit box _because_ they did not want deposits
for night use. Verified these details with Rangers on three occasions.
Impression we get is that Rangers like us there.
