oh, and for the correction function, doesn't Software Bisque or someone like
that have their T-Drive or whatever its called correction software? I would
think it would be fairly straightforward to interface that to a generic
motion controller (many of these take simple ascii commands on a serial
link, others use a parallel interface which can often be connected to a PC
parallel port with a bit of ingenuity, yet more are ISA or PCI cards that
plug into your PC).
